Premier 5.5 to 8 YEAR OLDS

• If the season is cancelled prior to the start date, you will be credited or refunded less the registration fee. The registration fee will remain as a credit on your Soccer Shots account and can be used towards a future season.
• If the season is interrupted or cancelled once it has started and we are no longer able to hold on-field classes, a credit will remain on your account for the remaining classes, less the registration fee.
• A $50 cancellation fee will apply to any withdrawals from the program within 14 days of the season start date.
• If you withdraw at any point prior to the season start date, the registration fee will be credited to your account.
• We require a minimum of five children to be registered in a class in order for it to run. If your class is experiencing low enrollment, we will contact you to let you know. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, we will try our best to find a different class that works for your family. If we are unsuccessful, we will refund you in full.
• Our refund policy is subject to change at any time without notice.

• We will hold classes in the rain. During the winter, spring and fall months rain is almost unavoidable, please dress your child accordingly.
• If Soccer Shots deems the weather too extreme to hold class one day (for example: extreme smoke or field/indoor facility closure), we will cancel the class. If the need arises to cancel a class, we will notify the parents as soon as possible. We will do this through email and automated text. If you think there is a possibility of a cancelled class that day, please check your email for updates. We will make a decision no later than 1 hour prior to the start time of the class.
• If Soccer Shots cancels a class, you will be given a coupon code valued at the cost of the missed class to be used towards a future season.

• Kids are not required to have cleats or shin pads, it is the discretion of the parent if they wish to have their kids wear them.
• If your class is held indoors, please wear non-marking shoes. Cleats are not allowed indoors.
• Please dress your children according to the weather (for example: rain jacket/boots if it is wet).
• We kindly ask children wear their Soccer Shots jersey to class.
• We suggest your child bring a water bottle with them.
• We will provide all the necessary soccer equipment needed for the class.

• Simply send us an email to fvinfo@soccershots.org with the name of the children you would like to be in the same class as.
• Group requests must be submitted no later than one week prior to the season start date.
• Although we cannot guarantee any group requests, we do our best to accommodate them.

• Our coaches are certified, paid coaches. Each coach goes through an extensive training process to ensure they meet our high coaching standards.
• You will have the same coach every week for the season (with the possible exception of a week or two, due to coach holidays, university exams, etc.).
• Every coach must pass a criminal background check before coaching with us.

• We have made adjustments to our program to take into consideration social distancing and sanitizing protocols.
